The General Strike Day on 9/11/08 is being promoted from www.VoteStrike.org and discussed here and there (e.g., OpEdNews.com). There will be downloadable flyers and there is already supportive information on the subject. Please take a look and consider lending your support.

The idea is to get attention focused on the extreme level of corruption that is controlling our government and driving war. General Ramsey Clark testified that the administration plans to launch a series of occupations in the Middle East.

Why pick 9/11? It's a date that will galvanize many people and promote discussion of issues that are largely blacked out of the media. Polls show that a good-sized chunk of the public are at least open-minded about 9/11 serving as a false flag manipulation by the government.
