A very good venue, our own booth/table would have made it great. We should do as many of these street fairs as we can this summer and early fall. I would strongly suggest trying to find a booth/table away from large stages with loud music. We should try to do these these street fairs in a wide variety of locations, getting out to places where fewer people have been exposed to 9/11 truth An easily transportable traveling exhibit would be very useful for these and many other events.

Everyone should familiarize themselves with the environmental impact of this tragic event: http://youtube.com/watch?v=...

Looks like we will have the next batch of shirts ready Friday night, they will have the 9/11 Peace Dove design on the front and should say "Ask Me About 9/11" with "truthaction.org" below on the back. We can get them at cost on any color shirt with different colors of ink, so let me know what size and color you want. We need to start growing the group as much as we can, as well, so we can be in more places at once.

We need to find and/or create more literature. So many people have seen the FACTS CARDS that we really need to be able to offer them something else. I hope to find or write one on the "put options" this week. The fliers at Hoffman's site on the Towers and WTC 7 are great, but we need to have info on subjects other than CD. One page (folded in half) or half page is ideal (printed on both sides). I will put a call out on the SF list and also ask for literature $ at the next meeting in SF.

So glad we're finally going weekly!

Who attended?

    •  This action actually went much better than I originally expected. We all put on our new t-shirts that Cat and her son Tim made, each in a different color and extremely eye catching. While I think the early threat of rain kept attendance down for the first hour or so, it picked up and we got a very positive response from most people and enough "thank yous" to know that we were in somewhat friendly territory, but not all choir, by any means. Some people even chased us down to get more literature to give to friends and Mike developed a technique of following two of us a little ways back and seeing who was really interested in the Facts Cards and then offering them a DVD, a much more efficient way of getting DVD's into the hands of people who are more likely to watch them (greater return on investment).
    •  we got a lot of fliers handed out.
