  “Jean, actually I'm the person who arranges the meeting times. I've been the secretary of the group since 2006. I intended to have us meet consistently the 3rd Wed. of every month; but ran into a snag with Ward 6 booking other groups on our date in the latter part of the year 2009. So, I had to scramble and get times as close to the 3rd Wed. as I could, which meant some months were the 3rd Tuesday, December being one of them. In 2010, I will try to get all our meetings on the same day. kw”

  “Hi Karen, Thanks for your email. How did you find out that the meeting is going to be on Tuesday, 12/15/09? I've been told that our meetings are alternatively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. So November it was on Tuesday, so December it should be on Wednesday. I just sent an email to JT to verify when the December meeting actually is. Thanks for your vigilance. Jean”
