“ To meet here you need to send a notice to the federal protective service, and if you want to be in the large park on the other side of Constitution Ave. then you must register with a permit from the National Parks Service, I have found that the best place to be is flanking Constitution Ave., both sides of the street are nice and shady, plus there is a lot of foot traffic. ”
